There are 2 ways to have twins. The first way is to just wait and see if the female sim will have twins which takes forever. But the other way is a cheat. OK, when your female sim is in labor type in the cheat box "forcetwins"(without the quotes) and you will have twins, guaranteed.
first u open the cheats box ( ctrl-shift-c) . then u type in:
Forcetwins
you do this 3 times and then type in: BoolProp Testingcheatsenabled true
exit, then hold shift and click on the pregnant sim.then click spawn and click tombstone of L and D. after that,clik [ without shhift] on the tombstone. it should say more, then go on speed up prgnancy to hav e your kids quik!
