Simply give your duck a lot of affection until you have the hearts of affection enough to win the festival, the more hearts you have more chances of winning, these hearts you get them, preferably using gloves petting, eating well and clean (the truth is that I do not remember if you can clean) then try and after several days and will have many hearts.
