Go to the Avatar page and select a type of item you would like to wear (shirt, pants, package, hat, etc.) and click on the item. Another way is by going to your Inventory and checking the clothing you have, click on it, and there should be a cog to click on. Press the cog and there should say an option called "Wear Item" if you have bought the item.
