Like they said: First, you have to be at level 10. Second, you have to put on your dance outfit. Third, click on the icon that shows a panda head on the left hand side of the chat bar. Fourth, mouse over the the panda sitting (the second icon down) and you will see a panda in a blue wig. Fifth, click on the panda. HAVE A BLAST DANCING!!
