You have to get the missing part from the power plant. Give it to the guy in that place near the genarator and he'll give you charge beam.Then go to lavender town and go in to the radio tower then speak to the gentlemen and he'll give you the poke Flute to activate the poke flute go to your pokegear,go to the radio,make the signal go to the top.Then go to the snorlax blocking diglett's cave and play the poke flute in front of the snorlax and it will wake up then you battle the snorlax.
