How do you use mods on minecraft?

That depends on what mods u have. if u get too many items, you click 'o' in your inventory, if its Single player commands just hit 't' and type a command (Fly, damage, instantkill, instantmine, etc.) And to get those download them (Look online for links) Un zip them using winzip, winrar, w/e and then go to your app data by searching on your computer %appdata% find minecraft.jar and DELETE Meta INF file and drag all the mod files into minecraft.jar ([{I RECCOMEND HAVING BACK UP FILES}]) Just in case.
