While playing as Shadow after purchasing all three memory shards enter into the third form of chaos boost. Holding the button again in midair will send shadow into a charge state and letting go of the button will make him release the chaos blast. Unfortunately it is far weaker than it was in Shadow the Hedgehog. It isn't really worth ever doing because it is so weak and has such a short range.
