You can transfer your Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina to your Pokemon black or white version game (NOTE: ONCE YOU HAVE DECIDED TO TRANSFER THE POKEMON TO THE POKEMON TRANSFER LAB IN POKEMON BLACK OR WHITE VERSION, THE POKEMON THAT YOU SENT ARE UNABLE TO RETURN TO YOUR PREVIOUS GAME) or you may just use cheat codes on your AR to find any Pokemon that you desire whether it is a shiny Darkri to an average Pikachu. Have fun!
Sadly no, Nintendo tried its best to stop all the use of AR on Pokemon Platinum. But hackers found out how to crack the game. But their are many codes out there for Pokemon Platinum that are similar to Pokemon Pearl. You just have to look on the AR website.
it cant be done but use the ar code Pokemon modifier to get any Pokemon u need
you can't. plain and simple
in the grass south of virbank city pokemon center. ~ Edit: (this is untrue) They are there in black 2 but in white 2 it is elekid. To get a magby in white 2 you must either trade with someone who has black 2 or cheat with an AR code
You can use AR (action replay) cheats with the AR for the DS.

Yes, but you need to update your AR to the fullest version. The way to do that, if you don't already know, is to use your AR Manager, plug in the AR, and click Software Update.
Just don't use it! Ar sucks! It messed up my soulsilver!

AR codes do not work in B&W.
use ar
AR stands for Action Replay. It is a cheating device (when used for the pokemon games) designed solely for the purpose of modifying and hacking movesets, pokemon, shinies, etc.
