Actually thats a very complicated stamp (Remote Upload). I must tell you, the objective of the stamp is not related to its hint shown on how to earn it. So here's how you do it - In Club Penguin game day, when you're on the main menu, click on 'Options' and then click on 'Upload a penguin'. Select the penguin you want to upload to your Wii remote and then take that Wii remote to your friend's house, who has a club penguin game day on the Wii. When you are choosing your penguin, click on the Wii remote icon (this will load the penguin that is on your Wii remote so that you can play with it). Play a game over there and you will get the stamp. When you get back home, transfer your penguin back to the Wii the same way you put it on. Now update your penguin.
Note - I hope you were asking for this for the club penguin Wii game 'Club Penguin Game Day'. If you are talking about normal club penguin, this is not possible.
