How do you unlock toon link on Super Smash Bros brawl?

You have to beat Classic Mode two times with the same character

Another way to get toon link is to beat the subspace emissary, then go back to the forest (where you found link and yoshi) and go to the first door in the air (you only find this door after you beat adventure mode (subspace emmisary)) and you fight toon link with the character you entered the door with (make sure you use character your good with).

You don`t have to clear the subspace emissary for toon link because today I unlocked him without clearing the subspace emissary.
