How do you unlock the map 5 in black ops?

There are two different ways to unlock the Zombie map called, "Five". The first way is to beat the single player campaign and the map will be unlocked at the end. The second method is while you are at the main menu sitting in the chair alternate pressing the left and right triggers on your controller. This will allow your character to stand up. You will then need to walk behind the chair and access the computer terminal. On the computer terminal you will type in this code:

3arc unlock

Once you have entered that code exit the computer terminal and then access the zombie menu. You should see the map, "Five" listed.
