How do you unlock the cannon in world 1 in new super Mario bros?

First you go into Bowser Jr's dungeon, not the castle. Make your way through the level until you get to a pipe that launches you into the air, which you will recognize when you see the invisible coins. First the pipe will launch for a distance, then you will land on a platform. The jump on that platform. While you are in the air go into the door that you probably saw when you were launched out of the pipe. Enter the door (if you miss the door in the air, you can get into the pipe and try again). When you get inside, you will see lots of small gray platforms moving back and forth rapidly. Beware! It is possible for you too fall and die if you miss the platform. It is a small room, so when you move, the screen doesnt either. Head to the upright corner (without dying) and land on a platform. If you stand on it too long the platform over it will push you of the edge. Jump to THAT platform and head to the right of the screen. If you did this correctly you will be in another room with a yellow pipe and a red pipe. If you didnt do it right, you may have gone through the door that brings you back to the pipe you were launched out of. Or you may have gone the wrong way to right. If you did that you will DIE. When you get into the next room, there will be a yellow pipe and a red pipe. You will need a blue shell because there are brick blocks you cant brake without a blue shell. To get to the Cannon you must take the RED PIPE!!!! If you take the yellow pipe it will bring you further into the level. When you are at the red pipe, some brick blocks are blocking it. You will need to press the dash button and start running until you are spinning like a shell. Make sure you are not close to the pipe because you need time for Mario to turn into the shell while running. FINALLY, you will go through the red pipe. Your next destination will be a red flag. Jump on it normally as if it were a black flag. When you finish the level, an opening to the Cannon will appear, that sends you to World 5.
