To unluck super weapons in Spore there are two ways:
There are achievements that you can do in Spore which give you super weapons (to see which achievements click on the collections button in the lower left corner of the screen). These achievements also tell what you need to do to get them. OR...
TWOPress CTR+SHIFT+C, and you will see the cheat screen. there type in unlockSuperWeapns. But make sure you type it in correctly, because caps count!!! I found that out the hard way!
Have fun blowing up random planets, although I have to warn you: when you use super weapons, you break the galactic code, and if any of your allies are near by they get very angry at you and go to war!
