Once you have unlocked all the characters, you will see there is two spaces left by Mii outfit B. Its for Shy guy And mini shy guy. To unlock shy guy you have to get three star rank on all cups in 50cc and 100cc. To unlock mini shy guy get three star ranks in !50cc and in mirrior mode also. I reccomend just unlocking shy guy and mii outfit c. To unlock mii outfit c then get 15000 points in wifi for races or just do 3230 time trails. I dont realy know if this is the way. But try it out.
