How do you unlock future patrol on stuntman ignition?

WELL, It is rumored that you have to 'buy' it in the PlayStation Store/Xbox Live Marketplace, but the truth is there is actually no Downloadable Content of Stuntman: Ignition. Another rumore I've heard is you have to get 5 stars on EVERY SINGLE scene in the game. That includes: the main career path, odd jobs, Constructor challenges and those random movie scenes. I have actually never EVER seen the Future Patrol in-game accept for where it tells you it's locked. There must be someway to unlock it, but keep trying. You COULD try and contact the creator of the game; Paradigm Studios about unlocking it, but don't keep your hopes up about responding because not many game creators talk to you about hints/cheats. Try your best to find it's unlock!
