It's simple! Just win all the races in level 3 (Lisa). The first race is a time trial you will have to go to the Docks and next to Gill is Milhouse. After that it is a circuit race. You will have to go all the way to the petrol station with the cement mixer by it. Talk to Nelson to start this race. Finally this last race is a Checkpoint race and yo will need to go to the Duff carnival and Ralph will be stood on the coner.
If you win all three races then you will unlock the Book-Burning van!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In these races you will be against two gray cars and Marge!
