when you are at the start screen hold down the C and H keys and click on options. you will see 50 lives and unlock levels, click on either one of them and you will activate the cheat. i am still stuck on how to unlock the secret music(music 9,10,11 etc.) on it though, if you could post an answer for that question i would greatly appreciate it.
