How do you transfer Pokemon from Pokemon Diamond to Pokemon black?

Most people would say it doesn't work,but it does:

West of Riamond City,Route 16,you'll be at a bridge and have to go over it.

There you will be at a foggy place.You'll see a staircase there and will have to go up it(not into the grass),and there,there's a big factory.

Go in it,then there will be a man who shows you around.

Up at the top of the stairs in the factory,there will be a 'Pokeporter'

The man asks you if you have 2 DS's(If you don't,borrow one from a friend or it will be impossible)Say yes,then go in.Go onto your game with

Diamond,Perl,Platinum,HG or SS in the DS slot.

Click DS download on the game that hasn't got black in it.

Select 6 Pokemon's,that you would like to put over to black.

After that,you have to play a game and catch all the Pokemon.

Say you had 6 Crobats',and you caught 2.Then 2 Crobats' would be going over to black.

Warning:

You have to beat Elite 4.

You can NOT swap the Pokemon back to Diamond.
