How do you to use the Eon Ticket in Pokemon?

If you have an Eon Ticket, go to Vermilion City, and go to the place where the ships/boats are and the person will know you have an Eon Ticket and put you on a boat. The person above is half correct.You only usethe Eon ticket in Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald.After you beat the E4,use the Eon ticket at the ferry place in Slateport/Lilycove (or,in Emerald only,the Battle Frontier)to get to Southern Island.Once your there,talk to the egg.In Ruby, you'll get Latias,in Sapphire,Latios,and in Emerald,you have to answer to your mom blue to get Latias,and answer red to get Latios. I wrote the thing above awhile ago.Actually,it's red for Latias and blue for Latios.Also,I've heard you can increase your chances of finding Latias by going to the grass near Lilycove, but it's just a rumour. use it to go to southern island there will be a level 50 latias or latios Okay,number one;it's a ticket so what do ya do with a ticket!?
