Please check online for ways to remove the faceplate and once you have done that an idea to get the disc out is to get something thin like a piece of paper. Fold it a few times so it is thicker and slot it in the gap at the top of the disc tray then shake the bit of paper and at the same time pull on the tray at the bottom where you will get a grip of this and it should open. - Dan
