No, you only have to care for them when you play that perticuler family. hope i helped GO SIMS!
You just have your Sim take pictures (or someone take pictures of your Sim/ "Take My Picture" action). Then when you return home or when your event has ended, you can choose "Order Photos" on a computer. The game will then let you create the order of the photos in your scrapbook. One photo is 15 simoleons, but and album is 45 simoleons. The delivery truck will come and ring the door bell, like with pizza, Chinese food, and groceries.
when you accept the opportunity, go into your family inventory. this can be found when you go into buy mode. there should be a radio in there, take it out and place it somewhere on your lot and have your sims repair it. place it back into your family inventory and bring it back to your friend.
cant edit but if you have the PLAYSTATION EYE then you can create cool features and the equivalent of editing before you take the picture
No
Well when you get into your neighbourhood at the bottom of the screen there should be a big blue button with 2 people in and a plus sign (+) click on that and then it should take you to the screen where you can create a family! If that is confusing on the main screen of sims 2 there should be some blocks at the bottom, I believe that is for tutorials and there I think it shows you how to create a family!
No, you can only take pictures.
That's impossible. However, you can edit pictures that you take ingame by going into: My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Neighbourhoods\<neighbourhood>\Storytelling.
only your video's of ur sims are in your sims folders. when you take a picture of your sims look in ur story mode and it should be in there :)

To my knowledge, you need an EyeToy connected to the PS2 to take the picture.

custom sims can be done by using Body shopgo to Start/All programs/your latest Sims 2 game/ Body shopit might take a little while to open but when it does you can create sims.
Yes. Adding expansion packs to your Sims 3 game does not take away your ability to create Sims.
You shouldn't take pictures at the actual ceremonial, but it is definitely alright to take pictures with family members after the burial at the gathering.
you dont "have" to have any pictures. you just take pictures with your friends family, put them up for everyone to see and comment.
we have them because to take pictures with them and videos to share to with friends and family.
