Get better internet connection. But if your fps is low at fps games then you should improve ur graphic cards OR you should lower the game (video) settings in game. OR it can be because of low RAM that can cause ur graphic card not to work quite well. Another reason for low fps is not good working graphic card fan. Hope it helps.

To get DeSmuME to stop lagging, go to Configuration, then Frameskip. Set the frameskip to 9, and limit the frame rate. That should get DeSmuME to a speed where it almost never lags, and never goes too fast.

No i dont think so that there is any app if ur mob. Is lagging clear ram or use clean master or uninstall un necessary apps
