You have to go to the meeting hall where many witches are having a meeting. They are terrified because Halloween is coming and they have no candy. You have to go to Stormbend and go to the inn. You will see the witch that said in Lord of Twilight that she wanted to be a priestess. You will ask her about the candy. She says she buried it in Sinoa Plains. She'll give you her shovel. You have to go on your canoe 2 times. At the second island, look for a pile of dirt. Dig it up and you'll find a bag of candy. Give it to the witches at the meeting hall, then leave. Come back and children will be outside. Heptitus is also outside. Go into her house and steal the quarter key. Now you have it! If anybody could help me with the others it would be greatly appreciated.

You need to get the candy from the witch you see in an inn somewhere (Make sure you have this quest if not go to the "city hall" in witch-wood to obtain it) then once you have found the candy give it to the city hall. you can guess where to go from there as it's pretty easy :p

Give it to the naylithian and she gives you a key. Use it on the locked gate in the village and I thing there is a treasure key there as well as some good equipment.
