You first have to go to the neighborhood and type in this cheat: boolprop testingcheatsenabled true Then you go back to the family you want to do the cheat to and right click on the sims who is pregnet and choose spawn then choose tombstone of life and death. A tombstone will apear click on it and click more...there should be a choice that says "speed up my pregnancy" click on it and wait for about 5-10 min and your sim family will have a new baby! However, if you are unable to find this setting then download the "Sim Blender" by twojeffs found here: http://www.simbology.com/smf/index.php?topic=20.0 After your Sim has been pregnant for an hour in Sim time, you should be able to find more options under the pregnancy tab of the ficus tree, including the "Accelerate Pregnancy" option. Also, you can terminate, suspend, and slow down pregnancies through this option. (the appearance of the Sim Blender in the game, further details enclosed.)
