5. Pick a name ( not your real one)
6. Make a password
7. Write your first and surname

Go to your friends window. Click friends at the top of the window. A drop down menu will appear. Then click on Sign Out. It is right above Exit IMVU. Click Sign Out. This is in the Friends window which is not to be confused with the Friends tab in the Home view of the Client. Look at your Windows taskbar to see your Friends list. Ok, I have decided to improve my own answer since IMVU has been through a major update. Now you can sign out 2 different ways on the new client. One, while you are in IMVU on the very top of the screen on the right hand side there is a link that says Sign Out. Also you can right click the IMVU icon in the right hand corner of your taskbar and click sign out there. Hope it helps!
