You can't, as far as I know. You have to trade it from your Pearl, Diamond, or Platinum game, after getting it from your Pokemon Ranger game. Or get it from a friend. There isn't a Manaphy encounterment in Soul Silver (unless you cheat), but there is a Manaphy egg event for Pokemon Ranger Guardian Signs and you can trade the egg to soul silver from Pokemon Ranger. You can then hatch the egg and it will be a Manaphy and the Manaphy is special because you can breed it to get a Phione. Also there might be a Manaphy event for soul silver coming up sometime later this year (2010). By the way you need to have a Wifi connection set up and you need to connect to wifi to get the Manaphy egg and the Manaphy from the event that may happen.only if it's traded from a different Pokemon game.
The only way to obtain all three starter Pokemon is through a trade. The GTS building is in Jubilife City, and you need to have WiFi Connection set up before you can trade.
With both the Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl games, you will be able to battle. Using the Wii WiFi system, you will be able to share Friend Codes with your friends which will allow you to trade and battle with each other. This game is set in the land of Shinoh and will introduce two new rivals to battle as well as team Galactic. In these new games there will be lots of opportunity to battle with friends as well as characters from the game. Good luck in your future battles!
You cannot catch bulbasaur in diamond and pearl. If you have firered or leafgreen can set 6 Pokemon free in pal park and catch them there.
you use the c gear when you are by a friend or over WiFi then you can set up one survey question at a time
In order to receive the mystery gift, you will need to set up your WIFI connection with the man in the Jubilife Center. After this, you will have to pick up any gifts sent to you at the PokeMart.
did you go to wifi settings and set it up
you have your battle mode set to "set"
Go downstairs in any Pokemon center. When that lady starts babbling, set up wifi. It will wirelessly hook up to your internet service. Or somthin like that.
Pokemon Diamond and Pearl both have set of Pokemon that they catch. For example Diamond gets stunkey and pearl gets glameow.
On the pc in the pokecentre, if you select a pokemon, then there will be an option to set it free,
Alfa Wifi adapters by far offer the best connection. They are very reliable and constructed to really pick up a good connection where ever you set it up.
You need to have a WiFi router or Modem and you need to set up the PS3 for the WiFi connection. Only the old 20 GB models did not come with WiFi, but few internet service providers offer WiFi connections without paying extra
Go to Settings --> WiFi and find the WiFi connection that you wish to connect to. Once you've clicked that, you'll be asked to enter the password of that connection (assuming the WiFi connection is password-protected). Once this is done the iPad will remember the password until you reset the network settings (which you most likely never will).
If you want to use WFC (WiFi Connection) you will have to enter your internet password to enable it to be used (if you have a password set up) and you head downstairs in the PoKeMoN center to start trading on Wi-Fi.
The entirety of Pokemon Pearl and Diamond is set in the Sinnoh region. There is no way to revisit any of the other Pokemon world regions.
