On Ranger, Go to Ranger Net, Send a Pokemon, Hit the Pokemon you want to send, and send. Both D.S.es must be nearby. THis works with Diamond, Pearl, HeartGold, and SoulSilver as well. Each Pokemon can be sent only once.
