The game doesn't actually show any 'private parts.' You can remove the censorship blur with a patch, but the patches that work will alter the executable file. This leaves the game open to corruption and you may have to reinstall and start all over if it messes up. When the blur is removed, there are still no private parts shown. The Sims actually look like Barbie and Ken dolls underneath the blur, if you know what I mean.
