To scale walls, you will need the HM Rock Climb. To obtain it, go to Solaceon Town. Look for a a big tower and go in. Go up the stairs until you reach to the top. There will be two ladies standing there. Speak to them and one of them will give you the HM Rock Climb. Remember, you must defeat the gym leader, Candice, at the Snowpoint City gym before you are able to have one of your Pokemon use it.
