You need to change the Common Dir value to match the value of where the game is located.
Click on start
Run or search
Type in "regedit" without quotes and hit enter
Click on local machine
Click on software
Find the Konami folder and click it, it might be under wow6432node if you have vista
Cick Yugioh
Click System
Double click common dir and type the location of the game.
Default value is C:/Program Files/Konami/Yugioh! Power Of Chaos YUGI THE DESTINY
