You can.

First of all you need to have the .iso file of the wii game.

Download Wii Scrubber.

Download vgstream v2 or higher.

1. Go to the dir called "Wiiscrubber" and run WIIScrubber.exe.

2. Click on "Load ISO" and open the ISO you wish to rip.

3. Once the ISO is loaded, expand the "Partition 1 DATA (if it is other wii games, go to Partition 2) tree.

4. Scroll down and look for "sound", then "snd" and expand that until you see "strm" directory and see the "brstm" files.

There are other ways involving a modded wii in which you don't need the iso, just the Game disk.

You can get the game iso legally by modding your wii and transfering the gamefile to an external hard disk. However, I won't go into that.

5. Highlight one, right click and extract.

6. Copy the files to the vgstream folder, and convert it to wav or whichever you want to convert it to
