That lets you go to Ancient Relic. There you will find all the Reggie's. You can also find Mew in that dungeon if you have the Music Box.

Kyogre, you need to get the Wondermail code for accessing the Bottomless Sea dungeon. Before you even do THAT, you must rescue Scizor from Froslass in the Crevice Cave dungeon which can be accessed after you've completed the Blizzard Island dungeon. To get that, graduate from the guild, go about a few days with jobs and find Mr. Mime next to the Kecleon shop. He'll tell you about Blizzard Island and you can go to it. After you rescue Scizor, he'll give you the Secret Rank. He'll tell you you'll get "special missions" by "special means". And by "special means", he meant by Wondermail. Bottomless Sea has 50 floors, 49 if you don't count the floor with Kyogre on it.
