How do you recover a runescape account that is not locked or stolen?

This is simple (even though I have included about 10 steps).
1.) Make sure it hasn't been lost for over 1yr (optional but sometimes they DO get locked without you recognising).
2.) Go to the section about Accounts. Then find 'Recover a Password' or 'Recover Forgotten Password' or something along those lines.
3.) Type in your 'Username'.
4.) Fill in the blanks. Fill out everything you know / can remember. Let's just hope you set recovery questions and remember the answers to help you get it back.
5.) Write a small paragaph about why, how, and / or when you lost the account or forgot the password.
Example: Hello, my username on Runescape is 'username' and I haven't played Runescape for 'time period' and would like to start playing again. When I went to log in, I forgot my password. Please help me out. I would really like to play again. Thank You. 'Username'.
6.) If / when the 'Tracking ID' appears (a bunch of numbers and letters), do NOT continue! Write these characters down NOW! EXACTLY as they appear!
7.) Once you have all of them numbers and letters (characters) written down, click continue, then enter all them characters that you wrote down. Then click continue / next or finish or something.
8.) I think that's it. Now you may have to wait up to 3 days.
DO NOT THROW OUT THEM CHARACTERS THAT YOU WROTE DOWN!!!
You will be needing these when you go to check if you have gotten the account back or not.
9.) Now go to the 'Accounts' section again in a few hrs or the next day, and go to 'Track ID Recovery' or something along them lines. Type in your username / them characters and see if they have given you your account back or not. If it is still 'Pending' then try again in a few hrs or he next day.
10.) You should now have your account back. It is not guaranteed as it depends on how much information you gave them.

One more thing! SET RECOVERY QUESTIONS! If you already had / have some, then set new ones, just to keep them up to date and fresh. :)
And DON'T FORGET to write down the questions and answers somewhere! Possibly even keep a couple of copies incase you lose one. And KEEP THEM SAFE! ;) :p
