As far as I know, and that's pretty limited, Game150 is a folder in MS0:/PSP/ if it isn't there, then simply create one.
I believe Game150 is also a .txt file in ms0:/seplugins, but if you're not using plugins that shouldn't be a concern.
If you mean a game save [under Game > Saved Data Uility on your XMB] then the games that you play will automatically load those for you. If you mean a saved homebrew game, read the readme.txt they usually come with, it will tell you to move all the data to "psp/game" or maybe "psp/game150" ect..
The thing that powers the PSP. It also enables you put put Custom FirmWare on the PSP
You put games in the ISO folder.
you can put portals of psp on it
No,download only.
you must first downgrade to 1.50 and then upgrade to custom firmware (m33) then you can run homebrew games in the GAME150 folder and other hombrew items there also.

You can't. It is not for PSP.
You buy one, and connect it to the psp.
To read the comics on your psp put one of these comic viewers in the 'GAME' folder for the psp slim and 'GAME150' for the phat psp (if im wrong read the 'readme'). Make a 'comic' folder in the root of your memory stick and place your comics in there, .cbr/.cbz files for pspcomic and .pdf/.jpeg files for pepviewer.
You put games in the ISO folder.
