basically you have to small talk them, making sure your drink level isn't too low, then when the girls happiness is on 100, tell them a joke and then make a move, but be careful not to get them drunk, but do try to keep them from being thirsty. I had limited succes, but i did a hell of a lot better than i usually did.
What you do is take a couple sips of beer then compliment her. Wait until the girls glass is almost empty then buy her a round. Again take a couple sips and then small talk until shes almost out of beer. Buy another round and keep doing that until she gets to 100 happiness. After that tell them a joke then make a move. It works most of the time.
