Ok. This is quite simple. Select any mission as long as it supports Co-Op. You will see a pop-up asking you to play "SINGLE" or"HOST". Choose host. Choose a channel (any channel) and a pulsating screen will flash and say "RECRUITING". Just wait for your Co-op buddy to join. Start the mission and you will be playing co-op.
Don't forget that you and your partner will need to be somewhat close to each other. At least in the same room.
