How do you play domination in modern warfare 2?

In Domination in MW2 the objective is to secure 3 flags (Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie or A B and C). Securing all the flags means you are Dominating the other team. As such you earn points not because of having the most kills, but of securing the most flags. For example you can have 10 kills and 2 deaths and someone with a score of 6 kills 13 deaths would place higher than you on the scoreboard. That is because they secured more flags and thus earned more points towards the Domination of the opposing team. An assist is awarded 10 points. One kill is awarded 50 points. Securing one flag position is worth 150 points. These amounts are what the players earn. The game ends when one team as scored 200 points. One point for the team is awarded for securing a flag and more points are awarded for the maintaining of Domination over the opposing team.
