Any TV with a RCA A/V input can have a PS3 connected. You play the PS3 by turning the TV to the input that the PS3 is plugged into instead of it being set on ANT or cable. Your TV does have to at least have A/V inputs for RCA plugs for the minimum requirement and an HDTV with 1080P and HDMI PS3 connection is much better to provide Full HD capability.
