You put the axels from the windmill going straight over directly opposite the gate. If the axels are too high/low/ over the left/right too far, use the cogs (gears) to connect them. Do this on both sides, idk if this is necessary but i joined the two lots of cogs together with more cogs but like i said idk if u have to do that. To distract spencer, what i did was got a generator and connected it directly to the side of one of the windmills. Then i placed a computer (from the scroll at rocket reef, if you've completed rocket reef, you would have it, its not one of the optional ones as you need it for a task) in front of the gate and connected to generator to the computer with wires.
