How do you migrate Pokemon in Pokemon Platinum?

Before you can migrate any Pokemon, you must get the National Pokedex. To get this you must see all 210 Pokemon in the Sinnoh Pokedex.

Once you have done this you will gain entry to Pal Park which is south-east from Sandgem Town. To Migrate, you must have the requirements above and a Nintendo DS/ Nintendo DS Lite, you CANNOT use a Nintendo DSi. Here are the instructions:

1. Complete all the above.

2. Put your Gameboy Advance game into the GBA Slot at the bottom of your Nintendo DS/ Nintendo DS Lite.

Note. The games you can migrate from are Pokemon Emerald, Ruby, Sapphire, FireRed and LeafGreen.

3. Go into your Pokemon Platinum game and on the start screen (after the Giratina scene) choose Migrate from (Game here) Eg. Migrate from Ruby.

4. Choose 6 Pokemon in the PC on your GBA Game and follow the instructions.

5. The Pokemon have migrated now so go to Pal Park and enter a Catching Competition.

6. Catch your Pokemon!

beat the league, go to prof rowan, get national pokedex, go to pal park, save, power off, power on, then look for migrate from... beneath start game then choose 6 Pokemon then start game and talk to the guy

1. Put in an GBA Pokemon game and platinum in your DS.

2. Start the game. (DS game)

3. Choose "migrate" in the menu.

4. Choose six Pokemon to migrate. Note that you cant get your Pokemon back when you have migrated them.

5. Goto pal park and catch them. Park balls are like master balls and you have to catch all of the six Pokemon
