Actually, you can't. Not in any version I'm aware of anyway. The Grim Reaper is not a Sim. Neither is Mrs. Crumplebottom or the Hula dancers that appear if your Sim died with a full aspiration meter. There is a cheat however, that allows you to access the Grim Reaper's clothing. Type in the cheat code 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled true' exactly that way in the neighborhood screen mode. Then access create a sim panel. Type in family's last name and start making your Sims. Press the shift key and N at the same time and a speech bubble will pop up saying that sim clothing is in debugging mode. If you type in a capital M, it will turn off debugging mode. Debugging mode gives you clothes like the social bunny, that weird doctor guy who treats insane Sims, and, of course, the Grim Reaper. It also unlocks skins like alien, zombie, if you've got University, and vampire, if you have Nightlife. Hope this helps. You Tube has some good wlkthroughs on this cheat also. See ya!
