Make your your sim eat lots of snacks and deserts, even when they're not hungry. Also, don't let them do physical activity (exercising, yoga, sports), make them sit all day on the couch and watch TV all day. P.S. Make them get fat asses! Feed your sim loads of junk food when they are not hungry works, then once they have finished eating let them stand still for a while and they should get fatter!

∙ 11y agoWhen you create the Sim in Create a Sim you can make them fat on Sims 3, or pick fat people clothes in Sims 1 and 2. You can also make your sim eat a lot all of the time when you already have your Sim created. Don't make them workout or walk places, jut make them eat all the time and act like a fat person in real life.
