I have not tried this myself but this will probably work. While playing, hold down ctrl and shift at the same time on your keyboard and press c. A white bar will appear at the top of your screen. Type in: boolprop testingcheatsenabled true. Then hold down shift and click on one of your sims. Loads of strange options will appear. Click on Spawn and find the option MakeMe Sick Tester. A box with a large red arrow will appear nearby. Make sure you are playing as the sim you want to throw up. Click on the box and lots of diseases will appear. Click on the disease you want, but be careful! Some of the diseases could kill your sim. Morning Sickness will make the sim throw up.
If the above was too confusing for you or didn't work, you can just make your sim pregnant and they will get Morning Sickness and throw up. Hope this helped! Love Lyd xx

Or in Sims 2 Nightlife, you can make a Sim a vampire and have that Sim in a coffin and when they are asleep in that coffin, another Sim can dare another Sim to death or peak at the vampire
