Well there is the little heart by her side of her name when you speak to hear you see this is what they mean Black: Stranger/No Feeling Purple:Acquaintance/Common Blue:Friends Green: Best Friends Yellow: Crush Orange: More then a crush Red: The person loves you. To get to the next colour of the hearts you must either go to the cave and dig out necklaces and roses everyday for a while or you will have to pick flowers from everywhere it may take a while but when you reach the red heart you can get married to her but to do that you must have a kitchen and a double bed. then she can move in.

The Witch Princess does not appear to be marriageable in the North American version of HMDS due to bugs introduced in the localization coding. Witch does not recognize the animals that you have killed off, so the requirement can not be met.
