The best way is to put on 3 pairs of underwear, then put some comfortable shorts on, after put on some thick or comfortable pajama pants. That's the best way I can tell you and it has worked for me a lot.

well i think that u should just put about 5 underwears on and make sure your not went bc if u went it hurts more. and also if u getting it on the hands make sure u numb them 1st like with hot water or some numbing meds.
