How can sims woohoo in sims3 ps3?
First make 2 Sims who are not related, then make them flirt. When "first kiss" is an option go for it! If the other sim accepts you are now a "romantic interest." if you don't want a relationship you can just lie on a double and click on the other Sim. "cuddle on bed" should be an option, if so, do so. Then make out on the bed for a while. Next try Woohoo! It should work. :)
