Where can you charge a rune essences?
You make rune essence into runes at any Runecrafting altar. You have to complete the Rune mysteries quest and have the required Runecrafting level. Check the runecrafting guide in-game to find out more (each rune required different levels) You also need a tiara or talisman. Talismans can be brought or got from monster drops or sometimes from quests. Tiaras are made by taking a tiara and a talisman to an altar and using the talisman on the altar used to craft runes. Also, if you are member you can only make these runes: Fire Water Earth Air Mind Body With normal rune essence. To make others you need pure essence (bought or mined from essence mine with 30 mining, members only)
How do you make runes?
