You first need to add a new user to your PS3, then you can make another online profile for every new user account you make. Just sign up on them like you did on your first one.

You're wrong. The PS3 has over 60 million online accounts, while the Xbox is looking at I believe 30-40 million. The PS3 has double the users of Xbox and Wii.

PS3 profile is not a PSN account. Anyone signed on can access the games stored in the harddrive, but not the unique Playstation Network account information
If you're referring to the fact that every time you start up the multiplayer, your online profile does not come instantly but seems to have to be 'initialised', that is normal. This 'initialisation' occurs because your profile is not stored on the database of your PS3, but on an online server database. So, if you cannot connect to the server(s) to play the game online, you cannot 'connect' to your profile either. However, if your profile is truly being 'deleted' continuously, as in, you create a profile but the system cannot find it so you have to make another, then there is something wrong with either the server, your connection or your PS3. I hope this helped.
To access PSN online multiplayer on your PS3 you must first connect your PS3 to the internet. Then you need to create a account on PSN on their website at www.playstation.com. After you create your account log into it on your PS3 and connect it to your profile. You will now be able to play online in games that support it.
on ps3 yes but you need to make a new online account.
not on the same profile but if you have 2 profiles on your ps3 then you can store one on each.
You can have your profile for another PS3 only as a Playstation Plus user. You can not download just your profile into something connected to the USB port
YES it can your player card is online so if you get a new ps3 and enter your email and password it will come up with all your friends, trophies, and multiplayer games will save too
PS3 is so much better. The 360 has gameplay online, but you have to PAY. On PS3 it's free. The PS3 may be a little more expensive, but you get more features (i.e.: Blu-ray player, HD support, free online gameplay, etc.) Get a PS3
in fifa soccer 08 for the ps3 you can only have 1 player playing online on 1 ps3 sorry but its the truth
You need an online connection to your PS3 and then you make your purchase from the Playstation Store
If you hack on black ops, your profile will freeze if you're online.
