Well, first u need to be on level 86 and have the dragon warrior armor in the colr yellow. next you must buy 12 potions and 16 other potions. After that you will travel to the biggest realm and have a fight with 6 ogres. 1 of the ogres will drop the darts and you can take them. Easy!
