Go to Build Mode, then find the little icons with house images on them. There will be two of these buttons, one on top of the other. The top one will lead you to the floor above and the bottom one will lead you back down to the main floor or to the basement if you have one. Anyway, click on the top house image and it will bring you to the top floor. First, get rid of the roof for the moment so you can place things upstairs, then build rooms and walls upstairs and add flooring and wallpaper. Then, you can rebuild the roof and you will have an upstairs. Hope that helped. :/
Yes, some houses do have an upstairs. For some of the houses though, you have to pay to upgrade to 2 levels.
on sims 2 pets you dont have any upstairs or any stairs at all
Unfortunately, you can't actually build stairs/upstairs for the sims on ps2 :'( get the sims 3 or the sims 2 (computer version(s)) to do this. Both work on pc, but only sims 3 works on mac :)
you would be if it was going to come out on ps3, however according to the official sims website there it isnt, its not mentioned soooo....
I don't think you can.I think everything needs to be downstairs. Sorry
The Sims 2 and Sims 3.
